自移式控除尘一体化系统在综掘工作面的应用

摘要: 为解决煤矿开采过程中综掘工作面产生大量粉尘问题,应用了控除尘一体化技术。介绍了该系统的组成及主要特性,并对该系统在煤矿井下的现场应用及控除尘效果进行了考察,总粉尘降尘效率在97%以上,呼尘降尘效率也超过94%。该系统在煤矿井下的成功应用为治理煤矿井下综掘工作面粉尘污染问题提供了技术支撑,为煤矿工人的职业健康和煤矿的安全生产提供了有利保障。

Abstract: Abstract: According to great dust problem occurred from a mine mechanized heading face during mining process,a dust control and colledtion integrated technology was applied. The paper introduced the compositon ande the main features of the system. An investigation was conducted on the site application and the dust control&collection effect of the system applied in Anju Mine. ,The totall dust collection was over 97% , the respirable dust collection also was above 94%. The successful applocation of the sustem in Anju Mine could provide the technical support to the dust pollution control of the mine mechanized heading face and could provide favorable protection to the occupational health of the coal miners and the mine safety production.
